Archived Education: The Florida Department of Children and Families' Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) in conjunction with the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association (FADAA) are continually developing and providing training to personnel who provide substance use disorder services in support of Section 371.321, Florida Statutes.
